Immigration Threatens Democracy

On this blog, we deplore democracy because it is a vehicle for the lowest common denominator to destroy themselves and everyone around them. Just for today we’re going to entertain the idea of democracy. Maybe even argue in its favor. The reason for that is because the NY Times published an opinion piece by Cesar Cuauhtemoc Garcia Hernandez, I am sure English is his first language, titled CE’s Courthouse Arrests Undercut Democracy.

To start off the piece we have a heart warming anecdote of illegals getting arrested.

At the door of the Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse in Denver one Friday in April, federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents tackled a man to the ground. A chilling video shows the man — who, according to his lawyer, was there to deal with a traffic ticket — yelling “No!” “My hand!” and “Why?” in Spanish. Sheriff’s deputies order passers-by to stand back, and the violent arrest continues.

The next month, ICE agents returned and arrested another man. His lawyer can be heard in a video of the incident asking the agents if they had a warrant. One responds, “Yes, sir.” The lawyer asks, “Can I see it?”

The agent’s response: “No, sir.”

Both men, according to their lawyers, were taken to immigration detention centers.

The most absurd part of this story is not that these men were arrested in this fashion, but the fact that they have lawyers. Think about how insane it is that these immigrants get the same rights as citizens. They should not have any legal counsel what so ever in the US.

This type of arrest is on the rise. Lawyers and judges in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas and Washington all reported in the first year of the Trump administration that immigration officials were breaking with tradition to descend upon their courthouses. Such arrests in New York have increased by 900 percent in 2017, according to the Immigrant Defense Project.

This is exactly why Trump was elected. The American people, Whites, are fend up with these people coming over here and rent seeking. I think the tactic is brilliant. Apparently, it’s too hard for these people to stay out of trouble. If you’re in a court house it can’t be for something good.

He goes on;

By using this tactic, the nation’s lead immigration law enforcement agency is undermining a pillar of our democracy.

That’s why California’s top judicial official asked the Trump administration to stop this practice. “Courthouses should not be used as bait in the necessary enforcement of our country’s immigration laws,” Tani Cantil-Sakauye, the state’s chief justice, wrote in March to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and John F. Kelly, then the homeland security secretary. “Enforcement policies that include stalking courthouses and arresting undocumented immigrants, the vast majority of whom pose no risk to public safety, are neither safe nor fair.”

Firstly, a courthouse is where laws are enforced and justice is supposed to be served. Let’s not pretend the illegals that are at these courthouses aren’t breaking laws on the American tax payer’s dime.

Secondly, what about the Whites whose ancestors built this country, created its legal frame work, and fought in its wars? Why should people who have no ties to the US be considered a part of our voting system? Think about it. A man whose family goes all the way back to the founding of the US who commits a felony has his voting rights stripped from him; but a first generation immigrant who barely knows anything about the US can vote. I don’t think criminals should be able to vote, but neither should immigrants with no ties to the American Nation.

My last point here is that this is the trouble you run into with framing illegal immigration as a crime problem. You box yourself into a corner where people say that the vast majority of immigrants commit no crime. Which is true. I don’t know where these people go from there. The ethno-nationalist argument is much simpler: different races and different cultures deserve their own space. To mix two or more different groups together only breeds hatred.

In the case of a democracy, having a multi-racial and multi-cultural society creates a situation where one group seeks to control the government against another. In the US the left uses this brilliantly against whites. They get all these desperate groups to join together and attack White institutions, traditions, and philosophical ideas as racist.

If you want a half way functioning democracy you need ethnic homogeneity, because then you have a situation that is truly serving the people. Not creating racial conflict for resources provided by the state.
